The circle is perfection. Each point in the circle is equidistant to another point in the circle. There is no bottom and top. There is no rung on a ladder. It is all in harmony and in sync.
Then you have the ladder. It is a straight line. There are levels. There is no way to get to the top without climbing the ladder. You have to take one step at a time in order to achieve the climb.
Before this world was created there was another world that existed. But it wasn't a world that was good for man kind to accomplish what they needed to accomplish.
Therefore it was destroyed.
That world was a world of circles. 10 circles to be more exact. Each a layer upon a layer. And then after that world was destroyed, the linear world of ours was created.
But there will be a time when the ladder will be climbed and the last step will be transformed into a circle. It will be the product of our work. It will be the climax of creation.
It will be when Moshiach comes.
When all the walls in our lives will be broken down to fit into a complete and smooth circle. There will be no endpoints; no gaps in the line.
It will be perfection.
That is the goal to which we are striving to acheive. To get to that circle.
Attaining that circle too early - will not do justice to what the world needs to accomplish. Living in a world of Utopia will not be honest.
The world was meant to go through this process of levels. It was meant to be a Hierarchy where there are levels and steps to get there.
Skipping over this process - and making us all equal - will not only be a distortion of reality; but will also defeat the purpose of creation.
The purpose of creation was to get to that circle. To achieve that reward of the ice cream. Or of the Mansion that we created.
But only after a hard week's worth of work.
You cannot enjoy the ice cream or the beautiful car by getting it for free. You need to EARN it.
And this applies on a global scale as well. Moshiach will only come if it is EARNED.
That's the circle that we are aiming towards.
So how can I be so certain that this is a reality? How do I know that the circle and ladder concept is true?
I don't know if you've ever noticed that the people around you are not all quite the same. I don't know if you've ever gotten into a fight with someone; or disagreed with another person on something. (Well It happens to the best of us ;-))
Each and every person is a spark of G-d. We are each a manifestation of a different aspect of Hashem.
Some people are more circle oriented. And some live their life on ladders.
Some people are climbing the ranks in their careers, or in their personal lives....
Others seem like they don't have a plan. They look like they're just floating through life. As if they're sailing on a bubble. As if there are no points or ends in the process.
It's two different aspects of Hashem. Two different ways of seeing the world.
And they're BOTH RIGHT.
